Butterfly Spring Park

With an area of 36,000 square meters, the Butterfly Spring Park is a typical ecotourism site in Yangshuo endowed with unique scenery.
Location
This park lies in Moon Hill Scenic Area in Yangshuo.
Why got its this name
It got this name thanks to a butterfly-shaped stalactite discovered in a grotto of the park.
Architecture / Structure / Each scenery.
Visitors must have a deep impression on the picturesque landscape here. At the entrance to the park, there’s a large Monarch Butterfly Model with an area of over 280 square meters on a cliff. It’s so vivid that you will have the feeling that the butterfly is waving its wings. After entering the park, you will see the Butterfly Spring in the 400-meter-long Butterfly Grotto. Moreover, there’re numerous stalactites in various shape in the grotto and some of them are really lifelike. Besides, Die Yuan (a garden for watching butterflies) is also a good sightseeing destination. It’s the largest site for watching living butterflies in China. You will see millions of colorful butterflies flying freely in the bushes. However, the scenic spots in the park are not just what we mentioned above. Visitors can still tour the Waterfalls, the Butterfly Bridge, and the Original Hanging Bridge of Yangshuo and so on.
Transportation.
Tourists can take a bus from Guilin bus station to Yangshuo bus station and then transfer to an electro mobile to the Butterfly Spring Park.
Admission fee.
The admission fee for an adult is RMB 35, for a kid between 1.1 m and 1.4 m is RMB 18 and free of charge for a kid under 1.1m.
Note
It’s open to the public from 7:00 to 18:30. Besides, you are advised to visit this scenic spot for 40 minutes.
