With an area of 3,000 square meters, Yinshui Dong Village is Dong village endowed with marvelous landscape and strong local cultures.
Location
This village lies about 2 kilometes west of Longsheng County, Guiling City.
Why got its this name
It earns the name of Yinshui Dong Village since it’s constructed in a valley and the waterfall runs down from the peak just like a long silver chain.
History
This village has a long history. It’s said that the village was built during the Tang and Song Dynasties. The Dong people lived here since the Tang Dynasty. The village gradually became a populous town through the efforts of several generations. Sadly, the local people were against the Qing Government during the reign of the Emperor Qianlong. The uprising was finally surpassed. However, people in the village deserted their home and ran away to escape the persecution from the government. Therefore, this place immediately became a wasteland. In 1993, the village was restored under the Longsheng County Government. Recently, Dong People were invited to come back to the village due to the development of the local tourism.
Architecture / Structure / Each scenery. 
The Yinshui Dong Village boasts fantastic scenery with luxuriant forests and unique traditional buildings which have a strong local minority flavor. Besides, a temple for worship stands at the end of the village. The locals will come here to worship during special days. Also tourists have the chance to enjoy the performance of the local Dong people since they are a nationality good at both singing and dancing. When visiting the village, you should not miss the distinctive local cuisine such as acid meat, acid duck and acid fish (known as Three Acid).
Transportation.
Visitors can take the Guilin-Longsheng national highway 321 to get to this attraction.
Admission fee.
As for the admission fee, you need to pay RMB 50 for it.
